The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (Illinois Tollway) is soliciting bids for a three‑year contract to provide roll‑off dumpsters, collect, haul‑away, and dispose of non‑hazardous roadway sweepings at multiple tollway maintenance sites and at IDOT aggregation yards. The contract is an indefinite‑delivery/quantity (as‑needed) arrangement where the vendor must respond within three business days of a service request, supply an empty 10‑yard dumpster after each pickup, and invoice within fifteen days of service. No site visits are permitted, and all questions must be submitted by early October. The award will be based on responsiveness, responsibility, and lowest price.
