Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work, which includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the rehabilitation of a single-family home. The completion period is 30 calendar days, and the non-completion penalty is $500.00 per day. Assuming an average cost of $50,000 to $100,000 for a single-family home rehabilitation project, the budget for this project could be in the range of $50,000 to $200,000. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the contractor's experience, and other factors.
