Description
The State of California is seeking a qualified plumbing contractor to provide comprehensive preventive‑maintenance, inspection, software‑update, and repair services for the grey‑water treatment system at the May Lee State Office Complex. The work includes quarterly on‑site inspections of valves, pumps, filters, and control equipment; software updates to the system controller and network hardware; routine and emergency repairs; and limited technical support. The contractor must hold a valid California Class C‑36 plumbing license, carry required insurance, and meet small‑business/DVBE participation goals.
• Quarterly preventive‑maintenance visits (≤ 90 days after contract start, then every ≤ 75 days).
• Repair services billed on an all‑inclusive rate schedule; emergency response within 2 hours.
• Required reporting, documentation, and warranty of one year on all work performed.
