PROCUREMENT CARD SERVICES

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a vendor to provide procurement card services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive commercial card program, including online electronic billing and payment management, data collection and reporting, and customer support. The vendor must also provide unit prices for all items, including delivery, fuel, and handling charges. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for four one-year periods. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity and affirmative action. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing a smooth transition from the current provider • Allowing for two corporate accounts with separate statements • Providing state-of-the-art electronic management and reporting tools • Offering comprehensive training resources • Assigning knowledgeable and experienced staff for customer service and program management • Providing daily transactional files for upload to MHMR's software • Working with MHMR to develop an understanding of their needs and processes.
