The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide repair services for airfield manhole damage at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and services to repair existing manholes and communication conduits. The contractor must have at least three years of experience in construction, network cabling installation, and/or maintenance and testing. Key personnel must have professional knowledge of communications engineering concepts, principles, and practices, as well as familiarity with other engineering disciplines. • The contractor must have a Japanese Cage Code for maintenance reasons. • The contractor must provide certified employees with professional certifications for electric communication work, civil work, and concrete work. • The contract price must be inclusive of all expenses required for project execution. • The contractor must perform the work exclusively in Japan.
