Description
The City of Woodward is seeking proposals for abatement services, including boarding and securing of properties, trash and debris removal, mowing and weed eating, and graffiti removal. The selected contractor will be required to provide insurance and comply with the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code specifications. The agreement will be for a one-year period, with the option to extend for another year. The contractor will be required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and submit proposals for each service, including hourly rates and material costs.
• Boarding and securing of doors and windows
• Trash and debris removal
