Description
The State of New Mexico intends to make a sole source purchase for transitioning software identified as the Cloud Software. The purchase is for a 60-month period, starting from December 21, 2025, to June 30, 2030. The scope of work includes the transition of specific software that Northern New Mexico College has previously licensed from Ellucian. The system is an enterprise software suite that includes Banner Financial Aid, Degree Planning, FM need analysis, admissions application functionality, Banner Human Resources, Banner Student, Banner Workflow, Banner Faculty, and Advisor.
• The system is proprietary, and Ellucian is the only company that provides software updates, upgrades, and technical support for this system.
• The agency has determined that Ellucian is the only source capable of providing the required professional service.
