The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a firm to provide construction engineering, surveying, and inspection services for the High-Level Sewer Capacity Improvement Project. The project involves installing 1,600 feet of 36-inch microtunneled sanitary sewer in downtown Ann Arbor. The selected firm will assist the City in administering the construction contract, managing the schedule, and providing daily onsite inspection services. Key tasks include reviewing construction plans, facilitating meetings, managing material testing, and providing environmental consulting services. The project is expected to last from December 2025 to October 2026, with a milestone date of August 22, 2026. • The City is seeking a firm with experience in microtunneling construction and the ability to work effectively with the City Project Manager, City staff, and the public. • The selected firm will be required to provide monthly invoices and follow the City's project management software, Appia. • The firm will also be responsible for coordinating with the City, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. • The City reserves the right to reject any proposal that is deemed unresponsive or deficient in any of the information requested. • The City also reserves the right to request additional information from any or all offerors and to waive informalities or irregularities in any proposal.
