Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a qualified contractor to provide full‑service preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and related support for a Siemens Symbia S Gamma Camera at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center. The work includes scheduled preventive maintenance per OEM intervals, 24/7 emergency phone support, on‑site repairs, shipment of loaner parts, detailed service reporting, and compliance with a variety of quality, safety, security, and labor regulations. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price award with a base period of roughly one year and an optional six‑month extension, with a maximum contract ceiling of $34 million. The contractor must supply OEM‑trained field service engineers, maintain a 97 % equipment uptime guarantee, and adhere to ISO‑based quality standards and VA-specific security and data handling requirements.
