Description
City of Reno is seeking qualified contractors to replace the existing asphalt‑concrete parking lot and entrance pavement at Teglia’s Paradise Park Activity Center, including grading, drainage, earthwork, striping, construction fencing, site protection, and related incidental work. The scope also contains an optional alternate for removal and replacement of existing concrete flatwork and associated park benches and tables. The contract is funded with a Community Development Block Grant and must comply with prevailing‑wage, Buy‑America, and apprenticeship statutes.
