Purchase of Materials for the Walnut Crossing Rail Reconstruction

The Regional Transportation District is seeking bids for the purchase of materials for the Walnut Crossing Rail Reconstruction project. The project includes the replacement of two curves consisting of pre-curved rail with restraining rail and tie assemblies. The bid shall be for track materials only, including pre-curved running and restraining rail, restraining rail tie assemblies, transition ties assemblies, insulated joint kits, and concrete tie assemblies. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the materials to RTD by December 1, 2026. • The project requires the replacement of two curves consisting of pre-curved rail with restraining rail and tie assemblies. • The bid shall be for track materials only. • The successful bidder will be required to deliver the materials to RTD by December 1, 2026. • The project is expected to be completed within 164 days. • The bidder must be able to provide all necessary materials and ensure that they meet the specifications and requirements outlined in the IFB.
