ARAS SW Renewal

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for the renewal of existing software, specifically the Aras Innovator Standard Subscription. The contract will be awarded to ARAS Corporation. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, but a solicitation or RFQ will not be forthcoming. The work involves the procurement of 50 Aras Innovator Standard Subscriptions for the period of 6/30/2026 - 6/29/2027. • The contract is for a firm fixed price. • The contract is for the renewal of existing software. • The contract will be awarded to ARAS Corporation. • Interested parties must be registered at https://sam.gov/ and have an 'Active' SAM registration. • Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information.
