Blanket Material

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids to establish a purchase order for the procurement of blanket material. The blanket material should be made of a nonwoven fabric, needle punched from a combination of 40% virgin synthetic poly staple and 60% recycled synthetic/natural fiber with no wool content. The fabric should be charcoal gray in color and meet the flame retardancy requirements of the California Code of Regulations.
