The Rockland Board of Cooperative Educational Services (Rockland BOCES) is seeking a vendor to provide full‑service school‑bus transportation for students attending NYSED‑eligible non‑public schools throughout Rockland County and adjacent out‑of‑county schools for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The contractor must supply drivers, monitors, vehicles, equipment, and all required licensing, operating on a per‑student‑per‑day fee structure, and must meet extensive NYS vehicle, driver, safety, and insurance standards.
• Scope: Transport students on scheduled regional routes (Sept 2026 – Jun 2027) with no per‑bus or per‑route fees; rates submitted for in‑county and out‑of‑county service.
• Requirements: Licensed drivers (≥21 y, CDL, background checks, training), NYSDOT‑compliant buses equipped with radios, cameras, stop‑arm gates, air‑conditioning, child‑check ignition, and mandatory safety equipment.
