Description
The Red Rocks Community College is seeking bids for the Main Entry Courtyard Renovation project. The project includes renovation of the main entry courtyard, approximately 3,433 SF of 5” depth slab and approximately 787 SF 6” depth slab, exposed aggregate concrete, new planters with stone veneer, precast concrete caps with landscaping and freestanding/movable planters. The project also includes two new large shade structures. The estimated project cost is $250,000.00. The scope of services includes full construction contracting services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period.
