Description
The City of Key Colony Beach, Florida is seeking proposals from institutions to provide a tax-exempt, bank-qualified fixed-rate loan of up to $3,000,000. The loan will be used to reimburse and finance expenditures made for improvements to City Hall as part of the City of Key Colony Beach Public Safety Facility Hardening Project. The City is looking for the institution that can provide the loan at the lowest overall borrowing cost and terms most favorable to the City.
• The loan amount is not to exceed $3,000,000.
• The loan will be a directly placed loan to be held by the selected provider.
• The City is seeking a tax-exempt, bank-qualified fixed-rate loan.
