Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division (NWD), Portland District is soliciting quotations for the repair of the asphalt at Green Peter powerhouse located at Green Peter Dam, Oregon. The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing asphalt, disposing of it offsite, and installing approximately 152 cubic yards of new asphalt. The contractor will also be responsible for arranging roadway closures, providing flaggers, signs, detours, and other necessary measures to complete the asphalt installation. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside, and the resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis with a 90-day period of performance expected.
• The contractor must remove the existing asphalt and up to 4” of fill, and dispose of it offsite.
• The contractor must install approximately 152 cubic yards of new asphalt.
• The contractor must arrange roadway closures and provide flaggers, signs, detours, and other necessary measures to complete the asphalt installation.
• The contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis with a 90-day period of performance expected.
• The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside.
