Description
The City of Cortez is seeking a contractor to repair the hardwood floors in the Gymnasium, Racquetball Courts, and Canyon Room of the Cortez Recreation Center. The project involves sanding, repainting, staining, and refinishing the floors, as well as repairing dead spots in the gymnasium. The contractor must have at least three years of experience in comparable work and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The project is expected to be completed within 60 days, and the contractor must provide a minimum of one-year workmanship warranty.
