FY27 Treatment Services: Eastern District of Texas

The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is soliciting proposals to provide treatment services, including substance use and mental health treatment, for federal defendants and persons under supervision. The selected vendor will be required to provide services within the Eastern District of Texas, specifically in the Longview area. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of four 12-month extensions. The vendor must be capable of providing all required services, including local services, and have a physical site within the catchment area. Key services include: • Substance Use Assessment • Substance Use Individual Counseling • Substance Use Group Counseling • Substance Use Family Counseling • Mental Health Treatment The vendor shall provide treatment that is readily accessible and flexible to accommodate the schedules of defendants/persons under supervision. The vendor must also ensure that all personnel meet the required qualifications and that the facility meets the necessary requirements, including private office space, secured filing or electronic storage system, and emergency contact procedures.
