On-Call Civil Construction for Bridge, Culvert, and Other Miscellaneous Repair Services for Planning & Public Works

The Pierce County Planning and Public Works Department is seeking a construction contractor to provide miscellaneous civil and heavy equipment construction services on an as-needed basis. The services include heavy equipment and civil construction, traffic control, and demolition. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and provide equipment, labor, and materials as needed. The contract will be for a unit price, and the contractor will be reimbursed for actual costs, including labor, materials, and equipment hours. • The contractor must be a State of Washington Licensed Commercial General Contractor for a minimum of 5 years. • The contractor must provide references and may be required to furnish them prior to award. • The contractor must have the capability to service the County by providing material, labor, and all necessary equipment. • The contractor must comply with prevailing wage requirements and provide equipment, supplies, and products in accordance with the manufacturer's technical specifications.
