Description
The South Carolina Department of Corrections is seeking a single used triaxle roll‑off truck to augment its fleet for waste‑handling operations. The vehicle must be a 2015 model or newer, have a minimum 400‑hp engine (not a Max Force engine), mileage ≤ 350,000, and include features such as an automatic tarp system, driver air‑ride seat, and a Galfab‑type hoist with at least 75,000 lb capacity. The vendor must be a registered South Carolina vendor, hold a valid automotive dealer license, and allow a pre‑award inspection by SCDC staff. Delivery is required to the agency’s vehicle maintenance facility in Columbia within 30 days of receipt of the purchase order. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
