Description
The City of Cumming is seeking proposals for the construction of the Smithdale Heights Booster Pump Station. The project includes the installation of a water booster pump station and approximately 600 feet of 3” HDPE water main and 400 feet of 2” HDPE water main. The time allotted for substantial completion of work is 180 consecutive calendar days, and the time allotted for final completion is 210 consecutive calendar days.
• The proposal must include all materials, labor, and equipment required for the project.
• The proposer must demonstrate qualifications to perform the work, including financial data, previous experience, and present commitments.
• The proposal will be evaluated based on responsiveness to the RFP, with a weighted scoring system of 70% price and 30% contractor qualifications and experience.
