25-011QP: Multi-Modal On-Call Contract

The City of Seattle is seeking a consultant to provide on-call services for multi-modal projects, including bicycle, transit, and pedestrian improvements. The consultant will perform preliminary design work, alternatives analysis, traffic modeling, and final PS&E design packages. The contract is expected to last for three years, with the option to extend for two additional years. The City is looking for a highly capable consulting team with the skills, experience, and flexibility to support project definition, plans, specifications, and estimates delivery, and the construction phase for projects with potential tight schedule constraints or aggressive delivery timeframes. Key aspects of the scope of work include: * Bicycle facility improvements * Transit stop improvements * New and/or replaced sidewalks * Major and minor intersection improvements * Road diets, channelization, and signage * Medians, traffic islands, and curb bulbs * Traffic, bicycle, and pedestrian signals * Street and pedestrian lighting * New or replaced accessible curb ramps * Modular block or cast-in-place concrete retaining walls * Landscaping, irrigation, and street trees * Urban design and architectural elements * Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) * Storm drain mains and surface water collection systems * OCS systems design * Public engagement support
