Description
Murray State University is seeking a qualified architect/engineer (A/E) firm to design and administer construction of a new softball press box and adjacent clubhouse at Racer Field. The scope includes full architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior design services covering programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding support, and construction administration. The project budget is $3 million (all soft costs and construction included) and the design phase must be completed within six months of the notice‑to‑proceed, with construction slated to begin May 2027 and reach substantial completion before February 2028.
• Design of a press box for ~810 occupants, broadcast facilities, VIP seating, concessions, and accessible restrooms.
