Description
The State of Montana, Department of Military Affairs, Construction and Facility Management Office (CFMO) is soliciting proposals for cheatgrass management services. The services needed include providing an all-inclusive lump sum total cost to complete tasks related to cheatgrass management. Proposals must comply with the instructions and procedures presented in the RFP.
• The proposal must include a detailed description of similar past projects, company profile, and experience.
• The proposal must include resumes for key personnel, including subcontractors.
• The proposal must include a narrative for the cost sample proposal and a completed contractor price sheet.
• The proposal must comply with the State of Montana contract standard terms and conditions.
• The proposal must include a certification of compliance with Executive Order No. 12-2016, Equal Pay for Montana Women.
