Description
The City of Port Arthur is seeking proposals for debris removal and emergency services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing supplies and services in connection with post-disaster debris removal and emergency services. The contract term is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with an option for one additional year. Key aspects of the job include:
• Debris removal and emergency services
• Compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Provision of necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, labor, and other services
• Performance of work in accordance with the scope of work details and contract documents
• Compliance with insurance requirements and indemnification provisions
The City of Port Arthur reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
