Town of North Kingstown is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional engineering, architectural, and landscape design services for a comprehensive seawall and beach resiliency project. The scope includes redesigning and relocating the existing seawall, integrating storm‑water retrofit measures, creating pedestrian pathways, conducting community outreach, and preparing all permitting documentation for state coastal agencies. The contract will be awarded to the highest‑qualified firm, which will later be asked to submit a price that remains firm for 90 days.
