Description
The City of Hagerstown is seeking a qualified contractor to perform joint repair on the top floor of the Arts & Entertainment District parking deck. The work includes traffic maintenance, removal of existing joint material, joint preparation, and application of new joint sealant, together with all labor, materials, equipment, and related appurtenances required to complete the job per the city‑issued plans and specifications. The contract will run for thirty (30) working days after a Notice to Proceed is issued in early October 2026. Bidders must submit a sealed proposal with a 10 % bid bond and will be required to furnish a 100 % performance bond and a labor & materials payment bond upon award.
