Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to provide Grit 20/40 Fine Coal Slag 4000lb Super Sacks, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor will be required to deliver the grit in 14 deliveries of 8 sacks each, on an as-needed basis, over a period of one year. The contractor must also provide data requirements, including a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a certification. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
• The contractor must provide a price quote for the grit, including shipping and handling costs.
• The contractor must also provide information about their company, including their business size and Cage Code.
• The contractor must certify that they do not use covered telecommunications equipment or services, as defined in the provision at 52.204-26.
• The contractor must also provide a statement of work, including a description of the grit and the delivery schedule.
