Budget estimate

$250,000 – $625,000

The budget amount for this contract is not explicitly stated in the document. However, considering the minimum order size of 10 traps and the requirement to supply 250 units per year, the total contract value can be estimated. Assuming an average cost of $500 per trap (including accessories and delivery), the total contract value for the initial two-year term would be around $250,000 (500 traps per year * $500 per trap * 2 years). With the option to extend for three additional one-year periods, the total contract value could be around $625,000 (500 traps per year * $500 per trap * 5 years). The factors that may influence the likely payment range include the vendor's manufacturing capacity, the cost of materials, and the delivery charges.
