Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for Downtown Bradenton Water Main Improvements Phase 1

The City of Bradenton is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction management services for the installation of a 1700 LF 12" HDPE water main in the downtown area. The CMAR will be responsible for coordinating with the City's design consultant, providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal, and performing construction phase services. The key responsibilities of the CMAR include: • Providing pre-construction phase services, including consulting with the City and design team, reviewing plans and specifications, and making recommendations • Developing a project approach, including a proposed timeline, personnel assignment, and organizational chart • Coordinating with the City's design consultant and providing a GMP proposal for construction phase services • Performing construction phase services, including providing construction supervision and administration, overseeing the construction site, and completing the project within the approved schedule and GMP The City is looking for a CMAR with experience in similar projects, a strong project approach, and a demonstrated ability to perform the required services.
