Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified vendor to provide protective clothing, uniform rental, and related operational supply services to its Modesto Area Office. The contractor will be responsible for delivering clean, sanitized uniforms and floor‑mat supplies, handling weekly pickup/delivery, performing quarterly inventory inspections, and maintaining all items in serviceable condition throughout a three‑year contract period.
• Provide rental of jackets, shirts, trousers, coveralls and other uniform items, including sizing, resizing, and replacement at no cost to the State.
• Supply and replace slip‑resistant and anti‑fatigue mats, rag supplies, and mopheads on a weekly schedule.
• Perform weekly collection of soiled items, deliver clean replacements, and obtain signatures from CHP representatives for each transaction.
• Maintain compliance with insurance, security clearances, DVBE incentives (if elected), and state‑wide sanction requirements; correct any non‑conforming work within 4 hours.
