The Shelby County Board of Education is seeking a vendor to provide school‑uniform vouchers for displaced students. The vendor must stock a full line of gender‑specific uniform items (polos, button‑downs, pants, shorts, skirts) in a wide range of sizes and fabrics, operate retail locations in at least two Memphis sites accessible by public bus, and implement fraud‑control measures to prevent duplicate voucher redemption.
