Description
The Cartersville City School System is seeking a contractor to install a galvanized chain link fence around a retention pond at their transportation campus. The project includes the installation of approximately 930 linear feet of 6+1 galvanized chain link fence, with all framing, term posts, line posts, top rail, barbed wire, and bottom tension wire. The contractor will also be responsible for installing a gate post at the rear parking lot and an additional 3" gate post. The scope of work also includes an alternate option for the demolition of an old fence, removal of small trees and brush.
• The contractor must submit a proposal that includes all required documents, such as a copy of their E-verification number, insurance certificate, and W9.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• The contractor will be responsible for all field measurements related to the project.
• The project will be awarded to one contractor.
• Payment will be made after the project is completed and satisfactory work has been performed.
