The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified contractor to construct and rehabilitate high‑water, dry‑weather protection structures for three combined‑sewer‑overflow (CSO) outfalls in the Lower Mill Creek watershed. The work includes relocation of CSOs, installation of inline check valves and flap gates, CIPP pipe rehabilitation, concrete chambers, access pads, and associated utility coordination, all funded by the Federal Water‑Pollution‑Control Loan Fund with strict DBE participation and Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage requirements.
