TUBE,PERISCOPE

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide a periscope tube in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided. The tube must be made of CRES material and meet specific requirements for non-destructive testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, and intergranular corrosion testing. The contractor must also provide certification data and maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001. The contract will be for a period of 365 days, and the contractor must deliver the tube to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Key requirements include: * Material: CRES per drawing P5611722 and SAE AMS-QQ-S-763, Class 316 * Non-destructive testing: per applicable fabrication specification * Hydrostatic pressure testing: per Note 7.A.(2) of drawing 7491389 * Intergranular corrosion testing: per drawing 933F055301, Note 10 * Certification data: must be submitted via WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow) for review and acceptance prior to each shipment of material * Quality system: must be in accordance with ISO-9001
