Janitorial Services Beaver Lake Project

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Beaver Lake Project Office, including the Annex building, Beaver Lake Dam Site Office, and Powerhouse at Beaver Dam. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation costs, fuel, and vehicles to perform the janitorial services. The contract will be for a base year of 12 months, with four optional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to perform janitorial services, including floor care, restroom cleaning, solid waste removal, dusting, and cleaning of surfaces, in accordance with the contract specifications.
