Ridgewood Estates Sewer Improvements Project and 82nd Avenue & 113th Street Water Main Improvements Project (PID 003204I & PID 006170A)

The County of Pinellas is seeking a qualified general contractor to replace aging gravity sewer mains and deteriorated water mains in the Ridgewood Estates area and along 82nd Avenue/113th Street. The work includes excavation, pipe replacement (PVC, cast‑iron, and galvanized), installation of fire hydrants, storm‑water bioswale improvements, road restoration, traffic control, and associated site work, all to be completed within 380 calendar days. • Replace approximately 680 ft of 6‑in. cast‑iron water main and related valves, hydrants, and appurtenances. • Replace gravity sewer mains with new PVC pipe, including manholes, inlets, and flow‑bypass structures. • Provide storm‑water bioswale, erosion control, and pedestrian‑connectivity enhancements. • Perform roadwork (asphalt, concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters) and landscaping restoration. • Manage traffic, conduct surveys, and complete final testing/inspection per County specifications. • All bids submitted electronically via OpenGov; questions due Oct 9 2026; final bid due Nov 5 2026.
