Description
The City of Atlanta, Department of Aviation, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive Operations, Maintenance, and Janitorial Services for the Aviation Administration Center (AAC) at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The contractor will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operations and maintenance services to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and in a state of good repair. The scope of services includes O&M and Janitorial services for the AAC's administrative building, parking deck, pedestrian bridges, exterior grounds, and all associated infrastructure, systems, and common-use areas. Some key responsibilities include:
