• Must use JCP Code V20, 24 lb paper, 100 % recycled content, diagonal seam, water‑soluble gummed flap.
• Provide a press‑quality PDF proof by 5 June 2026, then ship finished product to arrive no later than 18 June 2026.
• Fixed‑price total $6,474; contractor may quote additional quantities beyond the base amount.
