Description
The City of Eugene is seeking bids for the repair and replacement of a damaged wooden glulam beam at the entry canopy, repairing the wooden T&G soffit as needed, and repairing and replacing elements of the rooftop trench drain and adjacent roof assembly at the existing terminal building above the escalators. Other improvements include sand, stain, and sealing of wooden elements. The project is a public improvement project, and the City is looking for a contractor to perform the work. The key aspects of the project include:
• Repair and replacement of the damaged wooden glulam beam
• Repair of the wooden T&G soffit as needed
• Repair and replacement of elements of the rooftop trench drain and adjacent roof assembly
• Sand, stain, and sealing of wooden elements
• Compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other non-discrimination statutes and authorities
• Compliance with the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 and other applicable laws and regulations.
