Occupational Health and Wellness Clinic

The City of Davenport is seeking bids for the renovation of the existing CitiBus Transit offices into the City's Occupational Health and Wellness Clinic. The project includes the addition of offices, exam rooms, a PT room, a conference room, a new waiting and reception area, and other accessory spaces. The contractor will be responsible for demolition, renovation, and facility operations during occupancy. The project requires a lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum) contract. • The project involves renovation of an existing building. • The contractor must ensure that all work, except for the new RTU and tying in of the new RTU, is substantially complete and occupiable by April 30, 2026. • The contractor must also ensure that the final completion date is met, with a deadline of June 12, 2026. • The project requires the contractor to work with the owner to minimize conflict and facilitate the owner's operations. • The contractor must also provide access to and from the site as required by law and by the owner.
