OPEN Linear Infrastructure Design Basic Ordering Agreement

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is seeking professional engineering services to assist with the design and planning of various water and sewer infrastructure projects. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing preliminary design and packaging of programs, project planning, engineering design, and managing contract design documents. The consultant will also be required to have knowledge of WSSC Water's current policies, practices, processes, and procedures to ensure the work performed aligns with the vision and mission of the Commission. • The contract will be for a Basic Ordering Agreement, which will allow the Commission to secure professional engineering services as needed. • The consultant will be working on various programs, including the Water Infrastructure Improvement and Rehabilitation Design Section, Sewer Infrastructure Improvement and Rehabilitation Design Section, and Water and Sewer Infrastructure Relocations Design and Management Section. • The consultant will be required to have experience with WSSC Water's codes, standards, and related guidelines. • The consultant will be responsible for coordinating community outreach efforts and participating in associated procurement solicitation services.
