ITB for Snow and Ice Removal in Ontario

The State of Oregon, Employment Department is seeking bids from qualified individuals or firms to provide snow and ice removal services at the Ontario Field Office. The services shall include removal services through inspections, safety checks, and responding to service calls as needed. The contract term will not exceed 5 years. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through OregonBuys, and the bid must include all required forms and documents. The bid will be evaluated based on responsiveness, responsibility, and cost comparison. • The snow and ice removal services must meet the minimum requirements listed in the Statement of Work. • The Bidder must provide three references from similar projects performed within the last five years. • The Bidder must submit a Pricing Bid Form, Contractual Acceptance Form, Affidavit of Compliance with Tax Laws, and other required documents. • The Bidder must be registered in OregonBuys to do business with the State. • The Bidder must allow sufficient time to navigate the OregonBuys system, upload files, and finalize and submit bids prior to the submission deadline.
