Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Parks, is seeking bids for accommodations and hospitality upgrades at the Lake Cumberland State Resort Park Lodge. The project includes selective interior finishes demolition, new millwork, flooring, lighting fixtures, and updates to the dining room and guest rooms. The existing wood trusses, grand views, and limestone fireplaces are to remain and be protected.
• The project requires the demolition of selective interior finishes throughout the visitor-facing public spaces and guest rooms.
• New work includes new millwork, flooring, lighting fixtures, and updates to the dining room.
• Guest rooms will receive new finishes, furniture, and new restroom fixtures.
• Public restrooms will also receive aesthetic upgrades including new finishes, fixtures, and accessories.
• A site visit meeting will be held on 12/11/2025 at 9:00 A.M. Central Time.
• All bids must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
