FY26 MAINTENANCE RENEWAL OF TRANSOFT AUTOTURN AND GUIDESIGN.

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is seeking to procure subscription licenses for AutoTURN Pro and GuideSIGN Plus software from Transoft Solutions, Inc. The software is required for sign design and striping layout needs, and engineering traffic turning movement and analysis. The period of performance is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. • The contractor must provide 17 user subscription licenses for AutoTURN Pro and GuideSIGN Plus software. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the ICT Final Standards and Guidelines. • The contractor must use the Department of Transportation's eInvoicing system to create and submit invoices. • The contractor must provide quotations, including pricing and other relevant information, by the submission deadline date.
