Asbestos and other Hazardous Contaminant Abatement and Disposal Services (2 Part with JOC)

The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is seeking proposals for asbestos and other hazardous contaminant abatement and disposal services. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation, which will result in contracts that provide supplies and services to TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit members throughout the nation. The solicitation is divided into two parts: Part 1 for non-construction services and Part 2 for Job Order Contract (JOC) projects considered "public work" construction projects. Vendors are encouraged to respond to both parts. The key services include: • Asbestos abatement • Hazardous contaminant abatement • Disposal services • Maintenance and minor repairs The contract will replace the expiring TIPS contract 221002, and vendors who currently hold this contract must respond to this solicitation to prevent lapse of contract.
