NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH A CONTRACT THROUGH AN INTERSTATE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT

The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) intends to establish a contract with Vertosoft, LLC for Zendesk Software Licenses through a cooperative procurement conducted on behalf of the Federal government’s General Services Administration (GSA) department. The contract provides for the delivery of Zendesk software licenses in accordance with a contract issued by the GSA.
