Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide vault toilet pumping, cleaning, disinfecting, and waste disposal services for remote recreation sites within the Kemmerer Field Office, Wyoming. Work must be performed annually during the May 15 – October 30 operating season (or as needed) and must be completed within 72 hours of government notification. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment (including a minimum 1,000‑gallon septic‑tank truck), water, transportation, and disposal services. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a base year and up to four one‑year option extensions.
