The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design and construction services for the Port Austin and East Tawas Harbors of Refuge Fuel System Upgrades project. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, and will be required to assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal.
